Services Provided: WMC Sports/WMC Brand Development offers graphic design, website design, and marketing consultation services.Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment plans may be available for certain projects, subject to approval.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued after 3 business days from the date of payment. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services; however, refunds are not guaranteed after this period.

 

​Project Completion: We aim to complete projects in a timely manner as agreed upon with the client. Delays in project completion may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client-requested changes.

 

​Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate project completion. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional fees.

Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance on a project must be paid within 7 business days of completion. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee to restart the order. After the 7 business days, all work on project will cease until remaining balance is paid in full.

Abandoned Projects: Failure to submit requested follow up information within 30 days (edits, updates, changes etc.) will result in your project being closed and considered completed.

Intellectual Property: Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. WMC Sports/WMC Brand Development retains the right to showcase the completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

Confidentiality: WMC Sports/WMC Brand Development will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Communication: Effective communication is essential for the success of any project. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and ask questions throughout the process.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: WMC Sports/WMC Brand Development reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
